Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA O.P. Sharma has moved petition in the Delhi High Court seeking an early hearing to his expulsion from two sessions of Delhi Assembly.

The High Court has adjourned the matter for March 10.

Last year, Sharma was suspended for two sessions for allegedly making derogatory remarks against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislator Alka Lamba.

Sharma sought for an early hearing as the Budget Session is likely to be convened in March and he wants to attend the session.
