Blake Lively is going to be an MMA Fighter!
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the 29-year-old-actress has joined 'Bruised,' a mixed marital arts action-drama directed by The Notebook's Nick Cassavetes.
The script, written by Michelle Rosenfarb, began circulating to foreign buyers over the weekend.
The story focuses on a single mother working two jobs and a former MMA fighter who must return to the cage in order to keep her son.
Sierra/Affinity will introduce the project to buyers in Cannes later this week.
Thunder Road Pictures' Basil Iwanyk is producing alongside Linda Gottlieb and Guymon Casady of Management 360.
