An explosion rocked Afghanistan's Jalalabad city on Saturday morning.
The explosion which occurred around 11:30 local time indicated that a complex which houses a midwife training center might have been under the attack. The center belongs to the country's Ministry of Public Health. However the exact target is yet to be confirmed, ToloNews reported.
Spokesperson for the Nangarhar governor, Attaullah Khogyani, has confirmed the incident.
Casualties in the incident is not yet known.
