A court in Patna has framed charges against three people, including Haider Ali alias black beauty, for allegedly being involved in Bodhgaya serial blasts.
According to reports, the court, besides Haider, framed charges against Taufqiue Ansari and Mujibullah under Indian Penal Code, Explosive Substances Act and Unlawful Activities Prevention Act Friday.
The trio has earlier been chargesheeted for their alleged involvement in serial blasts at 'Hunkar' rally in Patna in October last year.
NIA had earlier filed a charge sheet against the three accused on September 11 this year.
The NIA is probing the serial blasts, which rocked the temple town of Bodh Gaya on July 7. Two monks were injured in the nine low intensity blasts.
