England cricket legend Ian Botham has said that he has seen some bad days as a watcher of the England cricket team and this one was right up there with some of the worst.
According to the Mirror, Botham said that there is always hope, this is the Ashes and anything can happen, so when they put in a performance like that he just can't understand where the fight has gone.
Botham said that he doesn't see any of the passion there, doesn't see any of the 'over my dead body' attitude, it drives him mad and he is sure lots of the supporters too.
He added that the big question was why England slipped so far back when there was a great chance to enter the record books and win four Ashes in a row.
