In yet another example of public apathy, a 17-year-old boy died after a bus ran over him because bystanders turned mute spectators and clicked pictures of the bleeding victim.
In the incident was caught on camera where the boy was seen laying bleeding for about half an hour before he was rushed to a nearby hospital.
The incident occurred on Wednesday morning when the victim was cycling to the nearby market, he was hit and run over by a state transport bus.
