Shrien Dewani, the man who is suspected to have planned his wife's murder on their honeymoon, is reportedly expected to be flown out of the UK this week.

The 34-year-old will reportedly fly from London Heathrow Airport tomorrow night, arriving in Cape Town the following morning and being whisked straight to a court hearing, Daily Express reported.

Although, Dewani has denied the charges and his lawyers argue that he is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder and depression, and is too ill to stand trial; three judges in London High Court have rejected further appeals in British courts against his extradition.

Dewani has been charged of orchestrating his new wife's murder by paying the hijackers who later shot dead Anni in the back of their taxi after Dewani had been ejected from the vehicle.

Meanwhile, three men in South Africa have been convicted over Anni's death, including the taxi driver Zola Tongo, who was sentenced to 18 years in prison.
