A British hacker, Junaid Hussain, belonging to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has been reportedly killed in a US airstrike.
According to the Guardian, Hussain was a key figure in ISIS' so called "Cyber Caliphate".
Hussain is believed to be the most prominent UK citizen who has joined ISIS after "Jihadi John" who became popular for being an ISIS executioner.
As of late Wednesday, the US had yet to officially announce Hussain's death, which could not be independently verified.
The strike is believed to be a US military operation, rather than a CIA drone attack.
