Charlie Sheen's twin boys have gone back to their mother Brooke Mueller's home, with her brother having been awarded guardianship of the kids, it has been revealed.

According to Radar Online, Scott has notified the boys' father Charlie Sheen that he wants 55,000 dollars in child support and that he expects to be paid immediately.

The judge has ruled that 4-year-old Bob and Max will move in with Mueller, along with her brother, TMZ.com reported.

Scott became the temporary guardian of the twins after Denise Richards denied taking care of the boys as they had become violent with her daughters.
