Bruce Jenner has been slammed with a wrongful death lawsuit by the stepchildren of the woman who died in the Malibu car crash, it has been revealed.
According to TMZ.com, the 2 adult step kids of Kim Howe have filed a lawsuit, claiming that the former Olympian was "careless and negligent" when he slammed into Howe's Lexus back in February, causing it to crisscross into oncoming traffic where it collided head on with a Hummer.
The lawsuit claims that the 65-year-old TV personality was speeding, however, that contradicts what law enforcement informed as according to them Jenner was driving below the speed limit.
It is believed that two step kids had virtually no relationship with Howe, and any damages they claim for her loss might be extremely hard to prove and the kids has also claimed loss of affection, but friends who were close to Howe said that there was no affection at all.
