Bruce Jenner was smoking not texting during fatal car crash

Bruce Jenner, who was recently involved in a fatal car crash accident in LA, was smoking at that time instead of texting, it has been reported.

The former Olympian might not face jail time as a picture of his has been leaked by a photo agency where he can be seen clutching a cigarette, not a cell phone, TMZ.com reported.

L.A. County Sheriff's Department was getting a search warrant to determine if Jenner was texting at the time of the collision but the new picture can help in saving him.

The American TV personality slammed on his brakes before impact and veered right to avoid the Lexus and another car in front of the Lexus may have made a sudden stop which led to the collision.
