Buckingham Palace intruder charged with trespass, possession of knife

A man, who was previously arrested for breaking in and entering into Buckingham Palace, has been pressed with trespass and possession of a knife charges.

Police had said that they had arrested David Belmar when he tried to enter the palace by the north centre gate shortly before noon, the Mirror reported.

When 44-year-old Belmar was frisked outside the Palace, police found a knife on him.

Palace officials said that the Queen was not present at her London residence when the drama unfolded, and no one was injured.
