The Mahendra Singh Dhoni-led side, which bounced back in style to beat arch-rivals Pakistan, will aim to continue their momentum when they take on Bangladesh in their must-win World T20 match here at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium today.

India have suffered a humiliating 47-run defeat at the hands of New Zealand in their campaign opener before a thrilling six-wicket win over Shahid Afridi's side in their second group-stage match at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata Saturday.

The Men in Blue are currently fourth in the in Group B point table, with New Zealand at first, Pakistan at second spot and Australia at third.

So, India have to claim victory against Mashrafe Mortaza's side in order to boost their chances of making it to the knockout stages of the prestigious tournament.

On the other hand, Bangladesh, who entered the tournament through qualifying round, are on the verge of being crashed out of the T20 format's pinnacle event as they failed to claim a single win in their previous two matches.

A victory against the hosts on Wednesday is necessary if they want to sustain their hopes of clinching this year's title.

The two sides had last met in the Asia Cup, where India thrashed the hosts by eight wickets to clinch the title for the sixth time.
