Author John Green has announced that Cara Delevingne is going to be the female lead in a film adaptation of his 'Paper Towns' novel.
The 37-year-old author tweeted that the 22-year-old model, whose audition "blew everyone away", will play Margo Roth Spiegelman and Nat Wolff, the male lead, will play Quentin Jacobson, CBS News reported.
The project, which will be directed by Jake Schreier, is about two young neighbors who grew apart as they got older, until one night when Margo appears at Jacobson's bedroom window dressed as a ninja and enlists him in a campaign to get revenge on those who've hurt her, but the next day, she disappears and he must decipher clues to try and find her.
