Case registered against Vinod Kambli, wife Andrea for allegedly beating their housemaid

An FIR has been registered against former cricketer Vinod Kambli and his wife for allegedly beating up their maid when she asked for salary here in the state capital.

According to police sources, Soni, who has been working as a housemaid for two years, was beaten by Kambli and his wife Andrea and was also locked in a room for three days when she asked for salary.

The case has been registered in the Bandra police station against Kambli and Andrea under IPC 342, 504, 506 and 34.
