Casey Kasem's friend has revealed that the late music personality wanted to be buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in L.A. because he felt that was his path to reincarnation.
Rick Hernandez, Kasem's longtime friend and security guard asserted that he penned a letter to the judge in the case late DJ's daughter to bring her dad's body back from Norway, TMZ.com reported.
The letter wasn't enough to sway the judge, who ruled Kerri had no authority to undermine Kasem's wife Jean, who has kept the body in a Norway mortuary for 3 months.
The late 82-year-old radio icon had conveyed his wish to Hernandez be buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery in L.A.
