Casualties are feared to rise in a drone attack in Kurram Agency on Tuesday, Geo News reported attributing to sources.
The two missiles hit an area in Kuch Khurram near the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, the news channel quoted sources as saying.
According to the report, clouds of smoke were seen billowing from the attack site.
Earlier, 20 people were reportedly killed and 10 others injured in a drone attack near the same area on Monday.
Meanwhile, Pakistan's Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif said that the United States should not conduct any drone strikes in either Afghanistan or Pakistan at a time when Afghan peace talks have resumed.
