Looks like Alia Bhatt's 'tryst' with the censor board this time was quite soothing, atleast keeping her last release 'Udta Punjab' in mind.

Gauri Shinde's upcoming film 'Dear Zindagi' has recently been given a U/A certification by the Censor Board of Film Certification (CBFC) with no verbal or visual cut in it.

Speaking on the same, the 'Highway' actress expressed her happiness, saying, "I am very excited. The censor board has been very kind and sweet with their words. Now, we all are set to release the film to see the audience's reaction."

Reportedly, according to the censor board members, it would be a crime to cut even a single scene from 'Dear Zindagi.'

The film, which is going to release in a week, has seen no such signification promotional activity till now.

When the actress was asked, she said, "No, the promotions are going on well. I was shooting in Singapore and have come back recently. We have started with promotions and will do all the little little things."

'Dear Zindagi,' also starring Shah Rukh Khan, Angad Bedi, Kunal Kapoor and Ali Zafar, will hit the screens on November 25.
