The mystery man Cheryl Cole was spotted kissing on New Year's Eve has been identified as Tom Julius.
The 30-year-old former wife of English footballer Ashley Cole had posted the picture of herself kissing the 20-year-old London based student at a NYE bash in Cape Town, on her Instagram page, the Mirror reported.
Julius has told the Sun the former Girls Aloud singer had kissed him on the lips and they had danced together during the NYE countdown, making his friends "really jealous".
