Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has hit back at claims that her mother's dinning out with her and Liam Payne was a sign of giving the 'One Direction' heartthrob her seal of approval.
Cheryl took to Twitter to clear up a few things, saying that her mother never interfered in her relationships, reports The Mirror.
"There have been a lot of unfair comments made about my Mam today and I have to clear a few things up in her defence," she tweeted.
"While I am extremely close to my Mam and respect her entirely, she does not and never has had any influence in any of my relationships," she added.
"As a 32-year-old woman, I make my own decisions and choices and take full responsibility for them," said the lady in the last tweet.
The snaps, taken earlier this week, showed that the three were out for a cosy dinner where they enjoyed every bit of the evening.
Cheryl once said about her mother, "I've come to the conclusion that I don't trust anybody in life except my mother and my dogs.
