After their Twitter rants and former fiance Future blasting her in various interviews, Ciara is taking things on the legal level by suing him.
The 30-year-old songstress is suing her Future in a 15 million dollar lawsuit for libel and slander, reports People Magazine.
In the legal paper, Ciara points out several interviews, in which the 32-year-old rapper accused her of using their child in publicity stunts, and claims he's had at least 19 visitations with their baby Future Zahir.
A source close to Ciara said that she just wants what is best for her child, adding that Zahir is attached to her.
However, the former duo has not commented on the issue yet.
