Delhiites may not be able to enjoy the pleasant weather witnessed in the capital on Tuesday for long as according to India Meteorological Department official M Duraisamy, the cloudy condition is going to last for not more than a day.

"There was heavy rainfall in East UP today but the rainfall will decrease by tomorrow. There are chances of slight rainfall in West UP but cloudy condition and light rain will remain in Delhi for only the next 24 hours, it might not continue," said Duraisamy.

"Since yesterday evening, we can see some cloud in the sky and the night temperature will also decrease slowly," he added.

Delhi witnesses a balmy 26 degree Celsius temeperature on Tuesday after a long spell of hot and humid weather.
