England ace striker Wayne Rooney's wife Coleen Rooney is all set on heading to Brazil with the British 'Wag army' to cheer her hubby's team in the 2014 World Cup.

According to the Daily Star, Coleen when asked about her summer plans has revealed that they would be going out to Brazil this year for the World Cup to support 'Wayne and the England boys'.

Other wags including Steven Gerrard's wife Alex, Jo Hart's girlfriend Kimberley Crew, Frank Lampard's fiancee Christine Bleakley and midfielder Tom Cleverley's girlfriend Georgina Dorsett are all set to cheer the Three Lions' bid for glory.

However fans are shocked with the news as the fear a repeat of the 2006 World Cup defeat in Germany, following which the FA bosses banned England's Wags blaming that they had distracted the players during the tournament.

The wags were banned continuously for six years following their drunken antics following England's loss in the quarterfinals at Baden-Baden, which had left supporters seething at the girls, the report added

England boss Roy Hodgson reportedly welcomed the wags back into the fold during Euro 2012 and is again expected to allow the wags to come to Brazil.

However, players and wags would be under 24-hour armed security to protect them from gangsters and kidnappers, the report added.
