A Colombian poet is selling his testicles to pay for his upcoming European tour.

Rafael Medina Brochero, 52, wants 20,000 dollars for his private parts - so he can travel the continent with his "Poetry for Peace in Colombia" show.

Speaking to Caracol Radio, the Magdalena author, who's had 11 books published, said that he would hand over his balls to the first person that offered him the cash, The New York Daily News reported.

The idea occurred to him in 2012, when he was forced to sell his wedding ring after running out of cash in Bolivia during a similar adventure.
