"Manmohan Singh serves the country every single day of his life, and I want to applaud him for that. We have had the privilege of functioning under Manmohan Singh's leadership for the past ten years," said Gandhi.
"We have served this country by enhancing and deepening the foundations of our democracy and every single person in the country needs to know what is happening," he said.
