England skipper Alastair Cook has said that he wants his side to be the first team to beat Pakistan in United Arab Emirates (UAE) ahead of their second Test against the latter in Dubai.

Pakistan have never lost any of the seven series they had played in UAE, including the series with England in 2012.

Meanwhile, Pakistan skipper Misbah-ul-Haq lauded the England side, saying that the latter are professional and determined,Sport24 reported.

He further admitted that England have a quality to learn from their mistakes, insisting that his side have to work harder if they want to win the series.

Earlier, the Cook-led team failed to take a 1-0 lead against Pakistan and eventually ended with a draw in the first Test of the three-match series in Abu Dhabi.

Besides Tests, England will also play four ODIs and three T20s against Pakistan. The two sides will now lock horns on October 22 for their second Test.
