Glee's co-creator Ryan Murphy has said that Cory Monteith's character Finn would have become a teacher in the final episode of the series.

Murphy said that he always knew how the series was going to end but never shared it with anyone, People Magazine reported.

He disclosed in an excerpt of the eulogy just published in Entertainment Weekly that he also had the ending picturised in his mind where Lea Michele's character Rachel, who would have become a big Broadway star, comes back to Ohio and tells Finn that she is home.
