The 60-year-old groom, Philip Broughton came up with the idea to get married to his 47-year-old fiance, Fiona Wiltshire on 11th November, while his best man, Ian Hulme, suggested they get married at 2.15pm to add to the numerical series, the Daily Express reported.
The couple, from Manchester, met five years ago through their shared passion for ballroom dancing and got engaged on Christmas Day last year.
