X Factor judge Simon Cowell and his pregnant gal-pal Lauren Silverman are reportedly "seriously considering" to tell-all in a 1.27million pound interview deal with American TV chat queen Oprah Winfrey.
The 53-year old music mogul and 36-year old pregnant socialite have been offered a two-hour special interview on Oprah's cable and satellite network OWN, and if the couple agrees, the interview would air within weeks, during Cowell's third season of X Factor in the US, the Daily Express reported.
Sources revealed that the deal fee is almost the exact amount Lauren lost in her bitter divorce battle when a judge formally awarded her only half the money she was due under their prenuptial agreement, and the Syco boss is planning to let her keep the fee "to make sure she gets the cash she felt she was entitled to".
Sources added that Cowell thinks that the stories surrounding his personal life are "extremely silly" and is said to be "annoyed about the distraction", and hopes that telling their side of the story will put an end to the media frenzy.
Cowell and Lauren are likely to follow their Oprah special with interviews with Fox TV and former British newspaper editor Piers Morgan on CNN.
