Simon Cowell is reportedly providing his pregnant gal-pal Lauren Silverman, his 10million pound house on the Trousdale estate to 'bring up his baby' in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.
The 53-year old music mogul will assign the house to her after her divorce from husband Andrew Silverman is settled, the Mirror reported.
A US property source revealed that this deal is a clear sign that his relationship with the 36-year old is over, as he has used the same tactic when ditching previous girlfriends.
He will continue to live in another property nearby, visiting the child when he can.
The X-Factor judge has instructed his advisers to let Lauren have the house, like his former girlfriends, so he can continue with his work and usual lifestyle.
The estate is said to be a 7,265 square-foot home with four bedrooms, ocean views, a digital screening room and a swimming pool.
The estranged couple is expected to settle their divorce this week.
