Cracked cockpit mirror makes Air India flight land in Lucknow

An Air India plane with 169 passengers onboard made an emergency landing at Lucknow's Amausi Airport on Tuesday after its cockpit mirror developed a crack.
According to reports, flight AI 873 was flying above Khajuraho when the pilot detected a windshield crack at the rear side nose. The pilot immediately contacted Air Traffic Control (ATC) at Khajuraho
and requested Lucknow ATC for an emergency landing.
Airbus 321 finally landed at Amausi Airport at 12.37 p.m.
All passengers were safe.
