One of the world's top magicians, Criss Angel, is getting sued by his former fiancee Sandra Gonzalez over the engagement ring.
According to TMZ, Gonzalez is looking to net the cash worth of the ring that Angel used while popping the question.
In the lawsuit, she claimed that she gave up her life for years and her job as a hostess to help him further his career and so, she is the rightful owner of the 5 carat, 3,00,000 dollar sparkler.
In an angry tweet, the magic man wrote: 'I spent over $500k on Sandra's Boob&Nose JOB-New BMW-dads Bail-moms Mortgage-Wardrobe-Cabo Vacations-Cash&On&On-Now U want More? #GoldDigger.'
However under Nevada law, where the suit was filed, an engagement ring is a gift in contemplation of marriage and if the deal isn't sealed the guy gets the ring back.
