The Central Tibetan Administration (CTA) will hold an indoor high-level strategic meet in Himachal Pradesh's Dharamshala to endeavour to restore Tibetans' freedom.

The three-day meet titled 'Five-Fifty Forum - Shaping Tibet's Future' will commence on October 6 and will culminate on October 8.

CTA President Dr. Lobsang Sangay said, "The primary objective of the Tibet Administration is to restore the fundamental freedom of the Tibetans and the return of The Dalai Lama."

Sangay added that a five-years strategy is primarily how we can achieve genuine autonomy for the Tibetan people and highlighted the need to have a "dialogue between the envoys of the Dalai Lama and the representatives of the Chinese Government."

A slew of experts and influential people from all across the globe have been invited to the event.

There will be participants from 21 countries. The participants will include kalons (ministers) and representatives of different offices of Tibet.

The issues that will be discussed in the meet revolve around a dialogue with China, India and Asia, the international community and information and the CTA and sustenance for fifty years.

The event is a non-media one.
