Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. is all set to direct his second thriller film, which is yet to be named.
According to Variety, he will be teaming up with Taiwan's Wudi Pictures. This is his second collaboration with the production house. Gooding will also act in the film.
Previously the production house financed the Oscar-winning actor's maiden directorial debut 'Bayou Caviar', which is all set to release on October 05.
Speaking to Variety, Gooding said that the film is "a modern-day thriller about a family man" who after experiencing a life-altering event would have to show the courage bring his life back on track.
Shooting will commence from early 2019, and part of it will also be filmed overseas.
Gooding is well known for starring in movies like 'Jerry Maguire', 'Boyz n the Hood'.
