Damian Lewis and Paul Giamatti have been signed to star in TV fictional drama 'Billions,' it has been revealed.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, 'Billions' takes a forensic look at the world of high finance by tracking the approaching collision between two titanic figures; whip-smart U.S. Attorney Chuck Rhodes played by Giamatti, and ambitious hedge-fund king, Bobby "Axe" Axelrod played by Lewis.
Showtime's drama has been written and executive produced by Brian Koppelman, David Levien and Squawk Box's Andrew Ross Sorkin, and was picked up to pilot in March.
