Fox Television Studios has recently honored Mel Brooks by renaming a street after him on its lot dubbed as "Mel Brooks Boulevard."
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 88-year-old artist joked during the dedication ceremony that now that they've got a street named after him, people are going to walk all over him.
This was one of the greatest honors ever bestowed on him, he further added.
The newly named Boulevard runs by Stage 5, where 'Young Frankenstein' movie was shot 40 years ago, and which now has been adorned by a new mural featuring Brooks and stars Gene Wilder, Marty Feldman and Teri Garr.
