Daniel Radcliffe has revealed that he turned to alcohol when he was filming the 'Harry Potter' franchise because he was struggling to deal with his newly acquired celebrity status.
The 24-year-old actor told on Sky Arts in an interview that he would have benefited from not drinking as it was not making him as happy as he wanted it to, Contactmusic reported.
Radcliffe, who has been a teetotaler since 2010, added that it is not a real pressure but it is a pressure of living with the thought that people saying that he is not going to have a career.
