Datability Solutions Announces Launch of iZooto's Enterprise Platform for User Engagement and Retention

Datability Solutions, Delhi-based technology start-up, today announced the launch of enterprise version of iZooto, a user engagement and retention platform. Launched first in Feb 2016, iZooto leverages web push notification as a communication channel.

iZooto is a feature rich and data enabled platform that allows marketers to send app like, customized push notifications to subscribers on mobile, tablet and desktop.

The platform is already being used by over 1000 businesses since its launch.

The platform is built on top of the browser capability of web push notifications, allowing marketers to convert their web traffic into subscribers. With iZooto, marketers can push personalized notifications in real time to these subscribers, even when they are not on the website. iZooto supports leading browsers including Chrome, Firefox and Safari, covering more than 80% of user base.

Commenting on the launch of enterprise version, Vivek Khandelwal, Founder and COO, Datability Solutions said, "iZooto is redefining the rules of user engagement on the web. We already manage over 50 Mn subscribers. With subscription rates of upto 30%, businesses are excited about this alternative communication channel. Our Audience Builder feature allows marketers to create highly targeted user segments and explore use cases such as re-targeting."

He further added, "We want to bring relevance and context to end user communication. We are working closely with Data Management Platforms to extend user behavior intelligence to iZooto. This would enable our customers to create powerful segments and communicate more effectively with users."

Talking about use cases, Vivek mentioned, "We are excited about the use cases that are being explored. Each business finds its own set of use cases, right from sending Cricket score updates, to targeting users abandoning cart, pushing discounts to drive sales, deliver news updates, reminders et all. With the launch of the enterprise plan, our clients will now be able to trigger communication basis user's browsing behaviour. This would completely change the dynamics of their engagement with their customers."

"Businesses can get started with iZooto and activate web push notification on their website in less than five minutes. Our 1 Click solution allows even websites on HTTP to convert up to 15% of their web traffic into subscribers. The Click Through Rates on web push notifications are as high as 20%, far better than any other push-based channel such as Email or SMS," said Shrikant Kale, Co-Founder and Product Head, Datability Solutions.
