A judge has ruled in favor of former BBC DJ Dave Lee Travis and cleared him of 12 counts of indecent assault.
After the decision, Travis insisted that he did not feel like there is a victory in any way, but instead claimed he went through a year and a half of hell on this.
The jury at Southwark Crown Court failed to reach a decision on a further indecent assault count and one of sexual assault, as Travis denied all charges against him during the four-week trial, the BBC reported.
The 68-year-old former Radio 1 DJ said that he endured a crown court trial but also a trial by media, wherein he also ad to sell his home to pay legal fees.
He added that he lost his reputation as well, which he might try to get back later, adding that all he wanted to do was go home to be with his wife Marianne.
