Delhi Dynamos displayed a dominant performance as they eased past FC Pune City 3-1 in their Indian Super League (ISL) clash here at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on Thursday.
Delhi forward Adil Nabi smashed a goal in the 35th minute to put his side in lead before Anas Edathodika doubled the score with a header just five minutes later.
In the 88th minute of the match, goalkeeper Arindam Bhattacharya thumped third goal for his side.
It was forward Adrian Mutu who scored the lone goal for Pune as he netted a freekick to make it 1-3 against the hosts
Following the win, Delhi has claimed second position in standings while Pune City are at fourth spot.
The next match will be played between North East and Mumbai City at Indira Gandhi Stadium Guwati tomorrow.
