Earlier on Tuesday, Rahul Gandhi had launched an attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that the latter was busy with his 'personal PR' and no concrete work has been done by the NDA Government.

"Since the month of May, the NDA Government has been in power and the Prime Minister is involved in his personal PR but no concrete work has been done. People are asking when he would stop saying things and will begin the work," said Rahul.

Voting for the 70-member Delhi assembly will be held on February 7 and counting will take place on February 10. A total of 673 candidates are in the fray.
