The Jammu and Kashmir Police arrested Dukhtaran e Millat Chairperson Syed Asiya Andrabi from her residence in Soura here on Friday.
Asiya was arrested in connection with two cases registered against her. One for waving Pakistani flags and other for addressing a rally by Hafiz Saeed via phone in Pakistan recently, a police official said.
Asiya, who is not keeping well, as per DeM sources, has been lodged in Women's Police Station Rambagh, Srinagar.
