Diane Lane is set to play Hillary Clinton in a four-hour miniseries titled 'Hillary', it has been revealed.
NBC announced on Saturday at the 2013 Summer Press Tour that the actress will portray the former Secretary of State and First Lady, Us magazine reported.
According to USA Today, NBC's entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt said the miniseries will likely air before Clinton is rumored to declare herself as a presidential candidate for the 2016 race.
The series will look at Clinton's life as "a wife, mother, politician and cabinet member from 1998 to the present," NBC said.
The actor who will play Clinton's husband, former president Bill Clinton has not yet been cast.
