The recent snaps of Jennifer Lopez in her workout clothes, flaunting her rock hard abs, will surely make you re-think about the fact that she is 46 and mother of twins.
The entire secret behind this excellent figure is her maintained light and protein diet and her workouts, which include boxing too, reports News.com.au.
According to Lopez, protein shake every morning sets the tone for the day, giving lots of energy.
Clearly, discipline comes first for this 46-year-old actress, who feels that staying in shape is like being in training like an athlete, "You have to eat for power and for what you need."
Talking about training, 'The Boy Next Door' actress works out with a couple of different trainers and also practices boxing, which has come in handy for her upcoming drama, 'Shades of Blue,' where she plays a New York police detective.
Along with all these, Lopez balances her motherhood perfectly. Her eight-year-old twins, Max and Emme, who are just a few years away from being teenagers, make the actress look forward to it.
Explaining her excitement about their children's teenage, the 'Selena' star said that unlike most of the parents, she is an open and chill one who understands human behavior and the reason behind it.
