Disney working on family adventure flick 'Ed Terrestrial'

A new family adventure film titled 'Ed Terrestrial' is in the works at Disney.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the studio would be hiring Michael Starrbury to rewrite the script of the spec by Greg Erb and Jason Oremland, which is being produced by 'Shrek' director Andrew Adamson.

The plot has not yet been revealed, but it is said that it involves an extraterrestrial being.

Louie Provost would be overseeing the project for Disney.
