World number one Novak Djokovic believes that Boris Becker contributes a lot more to the team than he actually gets praised for, and relationship between both has, indeed, grown stronger ever since Becker took over as head coach.
Commenting on the decision to approach Becker as head coach, he said that people would naturally wonder if one introduces a new coach to the team. It is logical on their part, he added. According to him, it took them some time to understand each other initially and since then they have hit it off really well, with winning many title especially Wimbledon, The BBC reported.
Djokovic, who is set to win the World Tour Finals for the third consecutive year, further said that Becker, being a multiple Grand Slam winner understands the kind of pressure he faces on the court.
