A French sheepdog entered the acclaimed Guinness book of World Records on Friday, after riding a scooter completely unaided for 30 meters.

Norman had to cover the distance in less than 30 seconds but he went on to complete it in just under 20 seconds, wsbtv.com reported.

Karen Cobb, the owner of the dog, said that Norman is naturally curious and wants to do everything that kids do.

Cobb added that when Norman saw some kids riding a scooter, he wanted to try it too.

His stunt helped to raise money for Road Trip Home, a Georgia-based organization that rescues animals from kill shelters.
