Dr. Luke recently slammed Kesha and claimed that Lady Gaga's recent Oscar performance on 'Til It Happens to You' has nothing to do with her.
Luke was responding to Kesha's tweet that she made to thank Gaga for raising the issue of sexual assault on such platofrm, reports TMZ.com.
Kesha tweeted, "thank you @ladygaga and VP @JoeBiden for bringing attention to sexual assault at the oscars. it hit very close to my heart for obvious reasons."
However, Luke's rep said that Kesha, who in sworn videotaped testimony from 2011, had never been sexually abused or drugged by Dr. Luke and is neither a victim nor the appropriate person to be held up as an example for this important issue.
