Ecogreen launches its Citizen App

Ecogreen Energy has achieved significant progress towards making India garbage-free.

Taking its commitment to a new height the company has launched "Ecogreen Citizen App". The app enables citizens to monitor garbage collection services from their home, offices and nearby places.

At present, the company operates in Lucknow, Gurugram, Faridabad and Gwalior. A citizen can register complaint relating to the garbage and can even know the status of their complaint through the app by contacting the respective ward manager in the assigned area.

There is also a payment option available at this app where a user can pay the charges by completing the KYC form.

"Ecogreen Energy is all set to empower the citizens to keep their cities clean with the help of our app. The Ecogreen citizen app will encourage people involved in taking up the cleanliness activities in their area or ward. The app gives the real-time data and one can track the status of the complaint. We think it's a collective responsibility to keep our surrounding clean. It is designed in line with the PM Modi Swachh Bharat Abhiyan will fulfill the company commitment," said Ankit Agarwal, CEO - Ecogreen Energy.

The company with its endeavour to reach out to people, a campaign called "Sath Karenge, Saaf Karenge" has been embarked upon under which 55,000 students from different schools in the cities will be sensitized about the good practices of waste management.

The app designed and developed by the company at present is available for the android users only: the users can download the app from the Google Play store. In the coming time, the app will be available for the other OS users also.
