Enforcement Directorate (ED) officer Rajeshwar Singh has gone on a leave to pursue a course in law, sources said.
Singh will be pursuing a course in LLM (Masters in Law).
According to reports, his leave was sanctioned by former Enforcement Directorate Director Karnal Singh, who retired on October 27.
On October 25, the chief investigating officer for 2G cases, as his last task had filed a chargesheet under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) against former Finance Minister P Chidambaram and his son Karti in connection with the Aircel-Maxis case.
